Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can return the order after delivery.

How to Cancel

- Enter your order ID
- Click "Cancel Order" (if available)

Cancellation Timeline
- Before Processing: Full refund within 3-5 business days
- After Processing but Before Shipping: Full refund within 5-7 business days
- After Shipping: Cannot cancel. Use return option after delivery.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
- COD Orders: No refund needed as no payment was made
Cancellation by Homely Bazaar
In rare cases, we may cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent orders
- Delivery restrictions to your area
