• Delivery timelines: 3-10 business days depending on location
• Shipping charges: Free for orders above ₹499; ₹49 for orders below
• Delivery is subject to pincode serviceability
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

8. Returns & Refunds

• Return window: 7 days from delivery date
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Refund processing time: 5-10 business days after return receipt
